# Parcel opening video is must to address any issues( size, damages, missing items, wrong item delivered etc). Video should be without any pause and cuts in between. Else it will not be considered. Start the video before opening the product till the end where you check everything. You have to show the parcel from all the sides in the video before opening the parcel because we know our packing. Some of the clients repack and make a parcel opening video, if 360 degree video of the parcel before opening the parcel is not there, strictly there will be no resolution.
